Description2019 Aurora Wildflower Honey is a floral, sweet, and tart honey with a smooth finish. The flavor profile has hints of cherry, grape, pear, and daffodil.
Collected from the wildflower meadows in the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains of Nayarit, Mexico.
State Honey Curators sources honey from beekeepers who dedicate themselves to the health and well-being of their bees. For instance, their beekeepers place the bees in organic-practice orchards or wild areas where many varieties of wildflowers and blooming trees are part of the available nectar supply for the bees. Because of this, the bees are healthier and the hives are stronger. We believe this diversity in the bee’s diet is what creates such a layered, unique Wildflower Honey.
