Description

Our Raw Blackberry Honey comes from the blossoms of wild blackberry bushes in Washington state.  This delicate honey is extracted in summertime following the blackberry bloom. This honey brings a sweet taste with hints of berry. Smooth and light in color, this honey is best paired with toast or used as a natural sweetener.

Please keep at room temperature.

All the honey we sell is raw, meaning it is not heated or pasteurized. This helps to retain that fresh from the hive taste. Raw honey will tend to crystallize, some do this quicker than others. If you find your honey starting to crystallize, gently warm it on the stove within the sealed glass jar in a pan of warm water. This slow heating will remove the crystals without altering the flavor of the honey or destroying the natural enzymes.
