Brazilian Organic Raw Honey is produced in the high-quality wild forage lands of South America’s largest country. This honey has been certified USDA Organic. This means it was produced without the use of pesticides or antibiotics.  When tasting this honey you‘ll detect a mix of nectar sources.  The most pronounced notes come from eucalyptus.

All the jars of honey we sell are raw, meaning they are not heated or pasteurized. This helps to retain the fresh from the hive taste.

Raw honey will tend to crystallize, some do this quicker than others. If you find your honey starting to crystallize, gently warm it on the stove with the sealed glass jar in a pan of warm water. This slow heating will remove the crystals without altering the honey’s flavor or destroying the natural enzymes.
