Description

This Spring Wildflower Honey comes to us from the mountainous region of France. It is honey with flowery flavors, tangy then slightly minty, with a nice finish in the mouth. The bees have foraged flowers of white clover, lime blossom, maple, oak, blueberry, and bramble. Its floral diversity gives it a beautiful complexity and an incomparable range of flavors that are both tangy and fresh. A richness that reflects the biodiversity offered by the mountains of Isère.

C’est un miel aux saveurs fleuries, acidulée puis légèrement mentholées, avec une belle longueur en bouche. Les abeilles ont butiné des fleurs de trèfle blanc, de tilleul, d’érable, de chêne, de bleuet, de ronce. Sa diversité florale lui procure une belle complexité et un panel de parfums incomparable à la fois acidulé et frais. Une richesse qui traduit la biodiversité que nous offre les montagnes d’Isère.
