Avocado Blossom is a dark, yet smooth, honey that comes from Arizona and California. It is single-flower honey that is never flavored or infused but comes directly from the nectar of the avocado bloom. This honey is quickly becoming a customer favorite.  The flavor is earthy with notes of molasses. Great for baking, on a pancake, or in oatmeal.

Blueberry Blossom Honey is created from the nectar of the actual blossom of the blueberry bush. This delicate honey comes to us from Maine. Lovely when paired with strong cheeses or as a salad dressing. Deep, rich flavor profile. Try it in glazes and marinades.

Orange Blossom Honey is single-flower honey from sunny Florida. It is delicate with light citrus notes. We love it as a salad dressing (a little bit of olive oil, vinegar, and honey). Also great in iced tea and on a warm biscuit!

Raspberry Blossom Honey comes to us from Washington state. It’s single-flower honey gathered directly from the blossom of the raspberry bush. Mellow flavor with a smooth raspberry finish. Try with ice cream, chocolate, or fruit.
