Avocado Blossom is a dark, yet smooth, honey. It comes from Arizona and California. It is single-flower honey that is never flavored or infused but comes directly from the nectar of the avocado bloom. This honey is quickly becoming a customer favorite.  The flavor is earthy with notes of molasses. Great for baking, on a pancake, or in oatmeal.
