New Zealand has over 80 Manuka species within its native remote forests, including the same native Leptospermum scoparium species that is found in New Zealand. This diverse environment allows for the highest quality Manuka Honey production. This honey is imported directly from the New Zealand suppliers who take pride in producing only the highest quality products.
Raw honey has been processed less than conventional honey. It has not been stirred for long periods or heated above normal hive temperature. Independent research shows that it has more than double the amount of healthy enzymes than conventionally processed honey.
