This is where the Ogeechee tupelo trees grow and bloom each Spring.  The resulting honey is light gold in color.  Fans describe the flavor as cinnamon with a tingle of anise. Buy Tupelo Honey and enjoy this soft, light, and buttery honey.  Tupelo is often described as liquid gold.  Due to its low natural sucrose level, Tupelo Honey doesn't granulate.
