Pure Raw Buckwheat Honey from certified organic buckwheat fields of Northern Ontario, Canada. Buckwheat honey has a strong aroma of malt and molasses. It is rich in polyphenol antioxidants which gives its dark color.

Clinical studies have shown buckwheat honey to be an effective remedy for cough and sore throat. Raw Buckwheat honey has the highest levels of antioxidants of any honey. Its antimicrobial activities are found to be higher than manuka honey.
